The rooms & rates are subject to availability at the time of booking / confirmation or else similar hotel option will be provided. Normal Hotel check-in time is from 14.00 hrs onwards. & check-out time is at 12.00 hrs. 
The above cost does not include any kind of surcharge if applicable during the given travel period. 
Quotation might change to currencies ROE fluctuation during confirmation & booking process. In case of any visa rejection, Visa charges are non-refundable. In Case of no-show, early check out, short stay there will be no refund. 
There are no refunds for any service i.e.meals, sightseeings etc. not utilized on your tour.

Company will not be liable for any loss of belongings / baggage. Ezevisa Travel & Tours shall not accept any liability of responsibility for any damages, loss, baggage loss, theft, injury, accident, death, breakdown or irregularity, which may occur in carring out the tour arrangement, weather conditions, strike, war, quarantine and any other cause what so ever and all such loss or expense must be borne by the passangers. 
Insurance policies must be carried while on tour.
